Work Pain- How to Help Prevent Body Aches from work

Most of us either sit all day at work or are on our feet all day, both of these can lead to back pain and foot pain which no one wants.  Back pain and foot pain interrupt our lives and make everyday just a little bit harder than it needs to be. Thankfully there are a few work related things you can do to help prevent these types of pain!


It’s important to take care of you body, it’s the only one you have!  Since most of us spend a majority or our time at work it’s important to make sure you do what you can to prevent injuries!

Dr Sam is a National Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic and a Longtime resident of Northeast Arkansas. He graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1995 and moved back to Jonesboro to serve the community in both his clinic and by becoming a community activist.

He is deeply involved in the Jonesboro Lions Club and with the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce Community Outreach Program.

Dr Sam specializes in helping his patients treat their headaches and low back pain through the use of Chiropractic care as well as home management.
